In exercise of the powers conferred by section 172 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Central Government, on recommendations of the Council, CBIC has issued order no 2/2018 dated 31/12/2018 on the followig:

Due date for cliaming  input tax credit fro FY 2017-18 extended till the due date of furnishing of the return month of March, 2019.

Rectification of error or omission in respect of the details furnished in GSTR 1 also extended till the due date for furnishing the details for the month of March, 2019 or for the quarter January, 2019 to March, 2019.”.
