Filing of Annual Return and Financial Statements for the from period from  April, 2017 to June, 2017  vide Circular  No 10/2018 issued on 23rd June 2018

As per the Circular, It is mandatory to file Annual return for the year 2017-18 before 30/09/2018.For filing the same, from July onwards NIL return  has to be filed online and closing stock up to June 30th 2017 is also to be uploaded . There is no need to sign with DSC for the monthly returns and hope that late fee will not be applicable for filing the returns since the circular date is in May 2018.
