MCA has notified Additional fees of Rs 100 per day for forms filed under section 92 ( Annual returns) or under section 137 (Copy of Financial Statements) w.e.f 1st July 2018, vide Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Second Amendment Rules, 2018 dated 7th May 2018
