Extension of Annual General Meeting

MCA has extended the time limit for holding of AGM other than first AGM, for the financial year ended 31.03.2020 for a further period of 3 months (i.e., before 31.12.2020) from the due date by which the AGM ought to have been held (i.e., by 30.09.2020), without requiring the companies to file applications for seeking extension by filing Form GNL-1.
