Kerala HC decision on LLP becoming partner of Partnership Firm

Kerala HC holds that an LLP is not disqualified to become a partner in a Partnership firm and that the Partners’ Liability is not a hindrance to enter into a partnership. It declares that, an LLP, being a Body corporate is eligible to become a partner, as a Company entering into a partnership. The HC also directs the Registrar of Firms to consider the request for registration of the Firm under the Partnership Act. (LSI-208- HC -2021(KER))
