Reporting relating to GAAR and GST in the amended 3CD deffered till 31-03-2019

CBDT Vide its order U/s 119 had ordered that, the tax audit reports in Form 3CD to be issued till 31.03.2019, are not required to report on clause 30C ( relating to GAAR) and clause 44 ( relating to GST) of the amended form 3CD.- Cir. No. 6/2018 on 17.08.2018
